Permit Center Responsibilities & Services
The Permit Center provides assistance to residents, builders, and developers interested in improving or maintaining their properties within the city. The center accepts and processes all development applications and coordinates review with other city departments and outside agencies including Menlo Park Fire Protection District and East Palo Alto Sanitary District. The center is staffed by individuals from the building, engineering, and planning divisions.
