The Rent Stabilization Program will be available by phone or e-mail during standard business hours from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Appointments are available and can be requested by phone, emailing rentprogram@cityofepa.org or using the link below.

COMMUNITY RESOURCES

Samaritan House South offers help with food, diapers, homeless services, emergency housing assistance, or other emergency services. You can call them at (650) 294-4312. For rental assistance, you may also apply at: https://samaritanhousesanmateo.org/ 

Nuestra Casa continues providing their food distribution program among other services. You can call them at (650) 330-7472.
 

Youth United for Community Action (YUCA) continues their tenant organizing and support efforts including assisting tenants on how to document their loss of income when having to respond to a landlord’s demand for rent payment during the City’s eviction moratorium. You can call them at (650) 450-1920
 

Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto (CLSEPA), among other services, provides legal advice and representation on housing, immigration, and consumer matters. Anyone with a housing problem can call their housing intake line at 650-422-2885. For any other legal issues, you can call their general number at (650) 326-6440.
