AARP Survey on Aging
The City of East Palo Alto is partnering with the Center for Age-Friendly Excellence (CAFE) to conduct a Master Plan on Aging with AARP. The first step in that Master Plan is a Needs Assessment and we need to hear from YOU! Below is a link to the Survey and more information on our City receiving it's Age Friendly Certification back in July.
