City Council Strategic Priorities 2025-2029

Help shape the next 4 years in East Palo Alto

East Palo Alto's City Council is developing its 2025–2029 Strategic Priorities and a focused 2025–2027 Work Plan to guide the City's policies, programs, and investments over the next several years. The draft plan is informed by fiscal realities, community input, and Council direction—and we want your feedback before it’s finalized in June 2025.

Take the survey (and share it with your family and friends!)

Tell us which projects the City should focus on and share any feedback on what’s missing.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous.

Why are strategic priorities important?

Strategic priorities guide the City's projects and programs, ensuring that resources are directed toward the most pressing and impactful community issues. They help city leaders make informed decisions, ensuring that policies, programs, and services effectively meet the needs of East Palo Alto community members.
