JUNE 26, 2025 Updates:
Demolition of the Euclid Improvement area is now complete. The construction team has taken down the old, outdated buildings and removed all hazardous materials from the site. They will continue to prepare the site and complete rough grading for the remainder of the summer. The applicant is working with the City = to obtain additional permits to begin construction next year.
There was an in-person community meeting on Saturday, June 28 and will have several listening sessions over the next few weeks to update the Woodland Park residents and neighbors about the Euclid Improvements. The community meeting flyer can be found in the attachments below.
