Project Description: The East Palo Alto Waterfront is a mixed-use development in the Ravenswood Business District. The pre-application provides a framework for a project that the applicant intends to develop with input from the community that focuses on wetland restoration, jobs, and residential uses. The project is in a conceptual stage.

Status Updates

 The project has completed the preliminary application process which requires outreach to the community, and presentations to the Planning Commission and/or City Council. The applicant for EPA Waterfront has completed four outreach events; three prior to the submittal of a preliminary application and one after. Additionally, Emerson Collective has presented their project to both the Planning Commission and City Council and has received feedback.  Please see below for project information, including meeting materials.
