Information Technology Strategic Planning Services

The City of East Palo Alto is requesting proposals from experienced and highly qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Information Technology (IT) Strategic Plan. The City recently established its IT Division and seeks to create a five-year roadmap to guide growth, priorities, and investments.

The IT Strategic Plan will assess the City’s current technology environment, identify gaps, and recommend strategies to strengthen cybersecurity, digital service delivery, business continuity, and the adoption of emerging technologies. Deliverables include a current state assessment, gap analysis, future state roadmap, and organizational recommendations.

The engagement is expected to be completed within four months following contract award, with the final plan presented to the City Council. Detailed requirements and performance conditions are provided in the Scope of Work.
