I understand that you live on the west side of Addison Avenue across from the PAPMWC property. If that is correct, the City intends to install curb and gutter and sidewalk in front of your home this summer/fall. The construction should address your concerns in the mid- and long-term.

We have reached out to the sweeping company and requested they not sweep those unpaved areas.
