The 1200 block of Runnymede Street has holes so big that the rain has created mini ponds. This is the only street the city has not repaired or maintained in years, despite the disastrous state of the street. There is a charter school in front of my house, and I can see how the heavy traffic is deteriorating the street even further. It is frustrating that the city does not show any interest in making this side of East Palo Alto clean and well-maintained. I have videos and pictures that I can send over, but it would be better if you can send a crew to clean and repair the whole street.

Dear friends at City of East Palo Alto,
I trust this message finds you well. I am Jaime, a long-time resident of EPA residing on Alberni Street. I wanted to bring to your attention the presence of several potholes on connecting streets in our neighborhood. Over time, these potholes have formed and, in some cases, have expanded, particularly on Popular Ave, Menalto Ave, and Saratoga Avenue. The majority of the larger potholes are situated between Newbridge and Alberni. Your prompt attention to addressing these issues would be highly appreciated.
