Hello I'm reaching out today in regards to the home of 152 Verbena Drive recidents. About a month their is new home owners to the community. They have moved and have several over sized working vans. The owners of the house have their own plumbing company so they park their big vans in the street to reserve parking for their workers who are now EPA residents.
To my understanding company's need to have a place where they will have designated parking for company vehícules and staff. They do park on their front yard and even on the lawn but at times the driveway is clear and the company cars are in the street. Verbena street is very narrow as it's most of all East Palo Alto.
I have tried to give it time since it makes it even harder to walk on the side walk since the vans are all the way on the side walk do to their size.
I tried to reach out the other day to a worker that is building in their garage and he completely ignored me. Since that time I will be honest I have not reach out again.
I did attend the parking meeting on zoom with the city just to seek more information and be a part of what problems go on in the community.
