Hello,
I live on 954 Baines St, East Palo Alto, CA and have lived here for 23 years.
My neighbor - Dixie Schulz (who lives at 952 Baines Street) has been feuding with me for several years over the street parking spot in front of my house. She does not want me to park my car in that spot for some reason. She has filed complaint against me on multiple occasions to get me cited for various reasons - ranging for leaving the car parked there for over 72 hrs, or wheels being more than 18 inches from the curb, missing the front license plate etc. While I don't question the legitimacy of SOME of these citations, I do question the integrity of City of EPA's officials who due to their personal friendship/relationship with Dixie have targeted me unfairly. If the City of EPA Parking Enforcement is citing other people also for the same reasons, I would understand. However, I have recorded proof that only my car was tickets when others were also in violation on the same street and on the same day. Targeting an individual like that is a crime and I can sue the City of EPA for this. I would like the officials to ensure that the parking enforcement officers refrain from this behavior immediately

Hello, I was going through complaints to the East Palo Police Department and saw that you sent in a complaint that was addressed but there was no indication that you were advised or contacted. Please let me know if the behavior you complained about has continued or stopped. I have contacted our parking enforcement team and cautioned them about applying enforcement fairly and consistently when they are issuing citations.
