I live at 245 East Okeefe st East Palo Alto. Someone told me the building is in the process to be bought out and that they are having meetings with the city or with the new owners I'm not quite sure. Do you know who I can talk to to get more information on this matter? Thank you so much

Left 2 messages for Mr. Guevara last week. Referred him to Legal Aid for landlord/tenant issues. Planning does not track which properties are put on the market or sold. Have not heard back from him.
