I live off of Pulgas Ave here in EPA and am constantly hearing and seeing dirt bikes being driven in this neighborhood, that are not street legal, tearing through the streets at all hours of the day and night and I am wondering if the PD is doing anything to address this? The riders rarely stop at the stop signs and drive at excessive speeds in areas where many children are present. I personally have a dirt bike so I know how fun they are to ride but the way that they are riding them is not ok in neighborhoods, especially at the speeds I see them traveling. I find it hard to believe that police have addressed it since they continue to do this riding daily. I was wondering if this concern could please be passed along to the PD. Thank you for your time.
