There are several bags of trash on the pull out, west of Woodland Ave approximately between 1687 and 1690s of Woodland Ave. I noticed the trash Sunday afternoon 12/27/2020. I appreciate the work you do to keep our city clean. Is there anything we can do to deter dumping at this location? This is the second dumping that I am reporting in less than a month. Could the city improve the lighting at this location? Or maybe place some boulders near the edge of the creek bank to deter people from parking and lingering?
