I previously filed a ticket #3581b05b. It was closed, but the issue was not resolved.
There is an encampment on the Rails Spur public path, and it has grown with garbage, shopping carts, bikes, etc. It is unsanitary and unsafe. It continues to grow.

Good afternoon Melinda,
We have received your comment about the encampment on the rail spur path. We work with community service agencies to make contact and house individuals living in encampments. I will notify these agencies of the location so they can send out a team.
