Good Morning,
I wanted to request street maintenance or traffic control on Donohoe Street-FWY 101 Northbound. At the three way stop intersection on Donohoe St./Euclid Ave/East Bayshore there is always a build up of traffic as residence of East Palo Alto, are using the FWY ONLY lane on Donohoe Street, to go straight and turn right onto University Ave. The lane use to be clearly marked with FWY ONLY (RIGHT ARROW) on the floor, and currently the only visible word is ONLY and the right turn arrow, which seems to create traffic in the morning for all residence trying to get onto the FWY Entrance. There seems to be a misunderstanding as residence seem to think that the right FWY lane is for turning right onto university Ave. The lane beside the FWY lane, which is for going straight and turning right, has to fight their way into their correct lane as both lanes are being used to go straight and turn right onto University Ave. Is there a way to create a temporary barrier so residence can understand that the FWY lane is only for the FWY and the lane to the left is to continue straight on onto University Ave?
