I live in Woodland Park apartments on Newell Rd located in east palo alto california and I have spoken to the management office on multiple occasions through the years in regards to hazardous materials located in 2 closets under my apartment and a few times a hole was made with an black oil pan under the hole. I do smell the chemicals and sometimes get light headed as though I may pass out. The rental office staff have informed me many times that someone is cutting the lock off of one of the closets and storing chemicals there. I have also recently taken a picture of one of the open closets and shown the rental office however nothing was and still not being done about it.
