Illegal dumping woodland ave (West side) at manhattan.
Could be stolen bikes and parts, etc and illegal camping by Creek.
This began 4/30/24. Pile size increasing daily.
Please abate.
I notified Home Depot of their carts.
Please do not allow homeless encampment by creek to keep human waste out of water, fires out of brush, litter out of nature.
I notified PA police thur today 12:30pm and requested call back but it's been 2 hours. Don't think it's busy time. Sounds like they don't want to deal with it or have been told hands off.
Please tell me PA stance on this type of issue.
I am certain it should be addressed immediately before it grows.

It was an encampment but everything was cleaned.
