Across from 1813 Woodland Ave., inside the San Francisquito Creek, there are a couple of piles of large items just over the concrete fence of the creek:
Recology blue bin
Blue Tarp (or a tent) tied to a tree
a few yards to right of the tarp and 7-10 feet below the fence level
e-bike
several black large garbage bags
cardboard boxes
water bottles (may have been overflowing from the boxes)
It is unclear if the tarp is a start of an encampment, but it needs to be cleared. Please address this before it becomes a bigger problem.
