Hi, I live on 132 Grace Avenue and illegal parking is a constant hassle here. We live on a cul-de-sac, a dead end street, so neighbors think it is ok to leave their cars parked wherever. We always have trouble getting out of our own home. Police is non responsive to calls and never come to enforce parking. It is especially bad when a particular neighbor (131 grace ave) has parties every few weekends and their guests' cars get piled on. It is not safe. We might not be able to get out in case of emergency. Also, we don't want to be held accountable for possible car accidents that are likely to happen. Please help us solve this problem.
