I lived at 1010 weeks for over 3 years due to necessity and have since moved out. The living condition is extremely dangerous since the owner illegally divided the home into two different living spaces. The first floor is one space and the second floor (which my family and I lived in) has its own entrance through the back. The thought of having the whole thing come down due to the poor quality in materials and workmanship was always on my mind. The landlord is already dealing with an illegal construction at 1040 weeks but the City and code enforcement has to do something at 1010 before something happens.
