We have lived over 14 years in this home. But we think that certain changes from the house that have been made have not been reported to the city to be inspected. For example right now the landlord is renovation the house and we think she has not gotten a permit for that, a 2nd bathroom was made 6 years ago that now has been has been little by little falling apart like the sink cabinet, the floor of the bathroom has a huge hole that the house is rotten, the walls the paint is falling off, the bathtub is disgusting, they have a "garage" in the back that my parents have lived for over the pass 15 years that most likely has never been registered, the person who the landlord hired to renovate even said 'this house is rotten" and the whole floor of the kitchen was taken off recently because it had termites, the insects that eat wood, and also the "garage" in the back of the house does not have a proper kitchen or bathroom. We would like to report this so the city of east palo alto can inspect the house and see if a violation has occur by the landlord named Estephany. We would also like to keep this conferential if possible because the landlord has kicked out my parents already from that home and would not like to have interferences with her from here on out.
