To whom it may concern,
We are extremely concerned as our light pole has been out for well over 2 months. During the most recent storm, it caught on fire and never turned back on. It is a safety concern. A stranger attempted to steal my neighbor's car, the children on the block are not able to hang out outside at a time when it is most needed.
We have contacted the fire department to get it fixed, they contacted PG&E, and neither was able to fix it. We were told to contact the city. I have left several messages for Gloria, at EPA Maintenance Dept. However, I have yet to hear back from her or anyone who can help us. I hope we are able to get our light pole #0121 on Camellia Ct., fixed soon before something else may go wrong. I hope our safety is seen as a priority.
