Hallo,
Several times I came across the same person dumping on the "Facebook" property on Weeks Street and on Weeks Street also, next to 1166 Weeks Street toward the Bay. I am not sure who the owner of this property is now. The gates have been open for a while and the property has not been maintained or cleaned up. I took pictures of the person littering but cannot upload here.
