Hi, please do not let the city of East Palo Alto comeback to a insecure city ; I am a house owner and I see on the on Clarke Ave to many weird people , to many RVs parking on the Ronneymede st. By the university and bay st. Too many homeless people and drugged . Have control before this get out of control. Have more under covers patrolling the streets. People have 7 dogs in their back yard barking, creating a lot of flies and the pup smells is intolerable. What ever you go University St. and around you will see Drugged-out vagrants, smoking marijuana in the streets and groups of drug addicts in the parks. Keep the working decent community people safe . Thanks
