I am writing to report ongoing issues with illegal dumping by neighbors. They consistently leave unwanted furniture on the sidewalk and across the street from their home, contributing to a buildup of trash, beer cans, and other debris. Over the past two weeks, I have observed the obstruction of the sidewalk with chairs, tables, and tarps, which are not properly cleaned up afterward. This neglect is creating an environment of disregard for public space.

The illegal dumping not only blocks pedestrian pathways, creating a hazard for people with disabilities, the elderly, and parents with strollers, but it also presents serious public health risks. The accumulation of trash, beer cans, and human waste (urine and feces) exposes the community to harmful bacteria and environmental dangers. Moreover, the persistent odors from the uncleaned waste are negatively impacting the quality of life for residents in the area.

Also, the ongoing violation of parking regulations, and not moving vehicles on designated days for street sweeping. They consistently park in the red zone in front of their property, disregarding the designated restrictions. The red zone is intended to maintain clear access for emergency vehicles and ensure the safe flow of traffic. By parking in this area, they are obstructing these critical safety measures and disrupting the orderly functioning of the neighborhood.

This situation requires urgent attention to prevent further harm to public health, safety, and the well-being of the neighborhood.
