I am writing to formally report a recurring noise issue. For the past few months, a dog at the property located at 2413 Gonzaga Street, East Palo Alto has been barking during the night. While it does not occur every night, it typically happens about once every two days, and can happen anytime between approximately 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM. The barking usually lasts a few minutes up to 15 minutes, and it wakes me up and has been disturbing my sleep.
I would greatly appreciate it if the Code Enforcement Division could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address the noise.
