Hello,
Someone's car leaked oil and it has pooled in the gutter in front of our driveway at 1387 Camellia Dr. Are there any city services available to clean it up?

Thank you so much to responding to this quickly and I'm glad you see this as real issue. I believe the culprit was a silver Mustang convertible that belongs to our neighbor. Video footage shows they were parked next to the driveway the day the oil spill appeared. Next time I'll get some evidence and/or call when they are still here.
