Hello.  I live on Daphne Way at the entrance to the Bay Lands.  Last night a person in a white truck changed the oil in their truck in front of our house at the entrance to the Bay Lands.  He left a huge oil stain.  Not sure what can be done about it and I don't want to spray in into the gutter so it goes in drain to the bay.  Can someone from the city come out a take a quick look and possibly recommend how to remove the oil.  Thank you.

Dear Shelley,

It was very nice to meet you yesterday. Thank you for submitting this ticket. I have passed your request along to maintenance and they will visit the site to check if needs to be serviced. Please continue to use the online ticket system for city-related issues.

Additionally, if you'd like to report instances of illicit discharges (like motor oil in the street) again, you may also contact the Environmental Programs department directly at cleancity@cityfoepa.org. You may CC myself (fkhan@cityofepa.org) and my colleague Diana (dtran@cityofepa.org). We will try to address the issue as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Fatima Khan
