Clothes have been hung around lamp post #4 of the Rail Spur Trail (Pulgas entrance between Ecumenical Hunger Project and the Montage community and Bay Road entrance next to Taqueria La Cazuela). There was recently a fire set in this location using discarded debris. This most recent debris, which appeared on Monday, needs to be cleaned up. Today, I saw someone urinate next to it, and then use one of the articles of clothing to clean off his shoes. Unfortunately, this trail is a meet-up location for people, especially in the evenings and at night, so it needs to be patrolled and cleaned regularly.
