We are formally requesting expedited processing of a refund for a recently submitted solar permit application. After submission, we were advised by Brandon Carlson with SolarAPP+ that your jurisdiction does not accept SolarAPP+ permit submissions.
Per that guidance, we have been instructed to submit the refund request directly to the City and proceed with a new application through your standard permitting process. We are prepared to resubmit immediately; however, we respectfully request written confirmation and expedited handling of the refund for the original permit fees before doing so.
