Good afternoon,
I have a concern regarding RVs parked on the side and opposite side of East Palo Alto Charter School. As a school staff and parent I have a couple concerns about people living in their RVs on the side of school. I understand the living situation is tough but they should be more reasonable when looking for parking since we are on a dead end street and having 3-4 RVs parked on the side and opposite side of school makes it hard for families to find parking for arrival and dismissal. Also I had a couple parents concerned about the people coming out their RVs to use the restroom and having students out their is just not right. If we can have someone from the city come and talk to these people to move elsewhere would be appreciated.

We appreciate your patience as we work to address the long-term RV parking issue along Weeks St. in a humane and empathetic manner. I referred this call to Sergeant Angel Sanchez to have an officer contact the school and to address the concern.
If anyone else speaks to the reporting party, please urge them to call 650-321-1112 as this is police dispatch and they will send an officer immediately out to investigate, especially in the event if there is someone living inside. The information the dispatcher will ask for is the following:
1. color
2. make
3. model
4. license plate
