I am writing to submit another ticket reference subject same. On or around March 2021, I submitted a ticket for street cleaning signage in front of our complex 1982 W Bayshore Rd - Woodland Creek. We have noticed that street cleaning happens on Monday mornings and vehicles are not moved so the street sweeper will just run by without cleaning our streets. Putting up the street cleaning and enforcing it will at least get our street cleaned once a week. One of your Engineer Adrian Biggs reached out on June 15th 2021 and I spoke with him and he said 'it will be done within a month that is 4 weeks from our conversation'. Fall is officially here and reached out over a week ago and left a message and no courtesy to return the call. I am submitting this ticket again for your information and this matter to be expedited. As a homeowner and taxpayer here in EPA, we deserve to be heard and problems solved in a timely manner. Please reach out as soon as possible to confirm receipt of this ticket and set our expectation on when his matter is expected to be resolved. For your reference: the original ticket 1981727e. Tickets should not be closed until the work is done.
