Hi, City of East Palo Alto folks,
We are not sure who we should report this to, but a DHE delivery truck just snapped one of the wires connecting to our house. We believe it's the phone line, since it hasn't affected our power or our cable, but it looks like a cable line. We don't have a landline at our house, so it hasn't affected our service, but we're not sure if it will have an impact on our neighbors. Any info or help you could offer us would be great.

The City doesn't maintain/ have jurisdiction over utility poles. If you have any issues, I would reach out to PG&E through their customer service portal. They can send someone to check out the issue. If you have any further issues, feel free to reach out to engineering@cityofepa.org.
