Once again there is much trash dumped along West Bayshore and Woodland, extending from the front of FixIt auto along to the back past the fenced in "to be developed area". What is happening with the grass parking lot next to the creek where there are many discarded vehicles - fire hazard!

Good afternoon Anne,
Thank you for your message. As you may know, the City is dealing with multiple encampment issues along Woodland Avenue, from West Bayshore to Clarke Avenue and beyond. Our Public Works team set up a clean-up two weeks ago, including scheduling a bio-hazard team to come out, and another clean-up is scheduled for this upcoming Monday July 1, 2024. Please know that we are aware of these issues and the team is trying their best to remedy the situation.
In the future, for the quickest and most appropriate response to issues relating specifically to illegal dumping and encampments, please email the Clean City Program at cleancity@cityofepa.org.
Thank you very much and let me know if you have any additional questions.
