Good Morning,
have been a tenant of Woodland Park apartments for 15 years now. Over the last two years it has been constant rat and rodent activity. I have a neighbor next-door who has about 80 empty pizza boxes on her balcony and rats are crawling over my balcony to get to hers to eat. Well, the park apartment is aware and has not done anything about it. Every 3 to 6 months I am infested with roaches and they do the same spraying that's not killing anything. I am frustrated a am concerned about diseases now with all this rodent activity and I don't feel I am getting the proper support from my leasing office to come back this I was told by the rent stabilization board to make a complaint with you. Hopefully this will nip this in the bud and have a better living enjoyment of my units and not have to be worried about disease for myself and my daughter.
