Appointments are available and can be requested by phone, or by emailing rentprogram@cityofepa.org

You can also stop by City Hall located on the second floor of 2415 University Avenue, East Palo Alto, CA 94303 to submit an inquiry form. 

Due to the high volume of inquiries and appointment requests, please allow our office at least 3 business days to respond.
