Rent Stabilization Landlord Online Portal Now Available

Landlords can now complete many of the requirements under the City's Rent Stabilization and Just Cause Required for Eviction Ordinance online here.

• Annual Registration
• Change in Tenancy/Vacancy Registration
• Filing of copies of Thirty-Day Notice of Rent Increase Form
• Filing copies of any Notice of Terminations
