Hello, this is real estate appraiser Hailey Wang, and my license # is 3007518. 

I am working on appraisal report for property : 
1194 Saratoga Ave
East Palo Alto, CA 94303

I would like o request the permit records for this property ( include any additional construction, ex: ADU , guest house, etc)

Details fo Building Permit Number BLD2018-0106

To whom it may concern.

 

On the permit details report for permit number BLD2018-0106 it notes in the inspections section that the **BUILDING FINAL  Inspection was failed on 11/8/2019.  The notes section says "(11/08/2019 3:04 PM FA) see attachment."  We would like to view the attachment and any and all notes associated with this failed inspection.

 

Additionally, under the review section of the report there are conditions and comments for:
