Building Permits Submittal Requirements

Hi,

First time trying to get a building permit in East Palo Alto. I work for a plumber and we are trying to get a permit for a sewer line replacement from the house to the city clean out. It is around 25 feet to the clean out from the house. We will have to trench from the house to the city clean out.  

Is there a web portal to obtain the permit or how to we proceed?

Hello, Can you please inform me if the garage on the above referenced property was converted to an ADU (guest house) with permits, and what year? I have put in an application and paid a fee for a building permit for an ADU on 1428 Camellia Dr, East Palo Alto, CA 94303.

I would like a copy of the permit and relevant documents.
