Illegal Dumping

There are several bags of trash on the pull out, west of Woodland Ave approximately between  1687 and 1690s of Woodland Ave. I noticed the trash Sunday afternoon 12/27/2020. I appreciate the work you do to keep our city clean. Is there anything we can do to deter dumping at this location? This is the second dumping that I am reporting in less than a month. Could the city improve the lighting at this location? Or maybe place some boulders near the edge of the creek bank to deter people from parking and lingering? 

dumping of multiple bags of trash (9+) a chair, other household items, suitcase, a recology waste bin. the site of the dumping is on a small turnout on the west side of Woodland Ave. located approximately between 1687 and 1699 Woodland Ave.

There is a big area of illegal dumping  on the street in front of an abandoned house at 982 Garden St as well as the adjacent empty lot. The trash heap has grown so large over the past week that it has obstructed traffic. Who do I contact to take care of this matter? Is the owner of the properties responsible for clean-up? We live directly opposite this property.

A pretty big pile of trash is located on the street between 1107 Gaillardia Way and the house on the corner of Gaillardia Way and Pulgas (The corner house is the origin of the trash). It has been out there at least 5 days and it is getting more spread as people and animals rummage through it.
