Illegal Dumping

Hi City folks,

A grocery cart was left on the corner of our lot a few days ago. We are at 752 Camphor Way and the cart is by the street sign at the corner. If you could get it removed, we would appreciate it. Thank you!

There is a black utility vehicle parked on Newell road at it's intersection with Bayshore under the trees by the Three Brothers taqueria and the 7 Eleven.  The truck has been illegally parked there for months.  It has a makeshift black tarp over the back.  It is never moved for street sweeping.  The street is not zoned for vehicles that are lived in.  The owner is constantly throwing trash on the sidewalk.  He has stiolen an East Palo Alto garbage can to dump in.  The area area around smells of human urine and fecal waste.
