Street Maintenance

Hello,
I'm writing to request permission to improve this area.

1773 Woodland Ave, East Palo Alto, CA 94303.

Problem:

1. There's no sidewalk.
2. It's used as a parking lot.
3. Trash piles up all the time.

Proposal:

1. Build a sidewalk.
2. Build a desert garden.

Please let me know what steps to follow to have authorization and be able to better manage this area.

I wouldn't mind doing it on my own; I just want to make sure I'm not violating any laws.

I contacted Hai of the maintenance division in February 2025 and also Kevin in November 2024 regarding the raised sidewalk at our address: 275 E, O'Keefe Street E. Palo Alto, CA.

I will attach photos so you can understand the scope of the issue. Our insurance needs some type of form filing  that i have done my due diligence for repairs.  Looking forward to a resolution soon.

The condition of University Avenue between Donohoe and Runnymede (Northbound) is extremely poor.  It's really not safe to drive on.  This appears to be a failed attempt to make the road driveable after the recent trenching activity.

There is a mess all over the bridge, smells like pee, there is exposed electrical cables all over the bridge, there is a homeless guy with a tent sleeping stealing electricity from the cables WTF is going on with this bridge it is a disaster 

Request for New Paved Street located at 1684 Rutgers Street

We need a permanent solution for the potholes on Rutgers Street. 

Maybe 4 or 5 bags of asphalt are needed for the pothole in the middle of the street of Stevens Ave

In front of 2344 Menalto Ave, there is a deep pothole on the street.
