I'm worried about my car's tires getting cut on the dramatic new pothole as our apartment building's cars enter/exit the apartment parking. Normally a person can try to avoid potholes in general, but because of the way this one is right as a person turns onto/off the driveway it's hard guesstimate where it is exactly underneath/relative to all 4 wheels of the car. I imagine most of the apartment complex residents are also worried about it nicking their tires and ultimately giving us flat tires.

Hello,
I would like to report a huge pot hole that has formed on the street. This pot hole is right by the speed bump in front of 1717 Woodland Ave East Palo Alto CA 94303. As it is a busy street, it seems to become bigger and bigger, causing more damage to vehicles.
I ask that you please have this filled as soon as possible.

This is the 3rd time we report a big hole at the street 1931 Cooley Avenue, the first time an employee responded that they fixed the hole, nobody fixed the hole, we wrote again a complaint nobody appeared. Nobody fix the problem on our street. That's the third time we are contacting you. We are going to break our cars every time we try to get out of our parking spots. Please take care of it as soon as possible. We have the name of the worker: Amir Amahmudi who responded that the complaint is closed as he fixed the problem, we have the emails and the information.

I contacted Hai of the maintenance division in February 2025 and also Kevin in November 2024 regarding the raised sidewalk at our address: 275 E, O'Keefe Street E. Palo Alto, CA.
I will attach photos so you can understand the scope of the issue. Our insurance needs some type of form filing that i have done my due diligence for repairs. Looking forward to a resolution soon.
I emailed Hai the photos but haven't heard anything. Can't seem to attach photos to this email

The condition of University Avenue between Donohoe and Runnymede (Northbound) is extremely poor. It's really not safe to drive on. This appears to be a failed attempt to make the road driveable after the recent trenching activity.
