Street Maintenance

Hi There, I'm not sure who this should go to so I'm sorry if this is misdirected.

Over the past few weeks, I've noticed that the streetlights at the 101 North exit on Willow Road all turn on and off intermittently.  At that intersection, all the lights turn off for a few seconds, and then come back on, repeatedly.  This seems to happen all the time, and I thought I'd go ahead and report it.

Hello, I am writing here because I want to bring my concern regarding to the many potholes on the ramp in University. Would it be possible to get it fixed? Thank you. 

There is a large pothole to the left side of the northbound lane of Cooley, just south of Bell St

Hello, there are a several potholes in the following locations.  I am not sure which locations are EPA jurisdiction and which are Caltrans - if you let me know I am happy to submit tickets to Caltrans as well.

1) University Avenue Southbound overpass between Donohoe and 101-S entrance, particularly on the right side of the left lane, though there are also some on the northbound side of the overpass.

2) 101-N exit to Donohoe (closest to IKEA), especially the last 50-100 feet as you approach the intersection

I don't know if this has been reported yet but there is a huge pothole on E. Bayshore Rd traveling south as you pass the catwalk by the Home Depot. You can't see it when driving at night and it's going to totally mess up people's vehicle. There's also a smaller one going northbound before the Light tree apts. Can this be tended to immediately?!  I mean, this is a massive pothole.

The street light in front of 1169 Jervis Ave. is out.  Please have someone come out to repair/replace it.  Thank you. 

Northbound 101 to University Ave offramp street lights are burned out. Reported to Caltrans who says they are maintained by City of East Palo Alto. Number on first pole is 00941, and the next pole to the north.
