The traffic control light at Woodland Ave and University Ave is faulty. The specific one is the NW intersection. It often takes 8+ mins to finally get a green light. Other traffic lights cycle multiple time over, unless you commit a traffic violation to get the light to register a vehicle is there.

Street lights on Runnymede southbound at University need repair on the right side as they do not work. The one on the left is obscured by the walnut tree. An accident is waiting to occur. The sure if city or state responsibility but I'm sure the City can follow up and have it repaired.

Hello to whom this may concern,
I have called previously but not sure if it got to the right person.
on Weeks street in East Palo Alto there are numerous cars, cones, and trailers blocking everyone from parking on the street.
some cars have not moved in months and others weeks. Very visible by the dust and cobwebs that have accumulated. There have been signs put up for no parking. Not sure if they are From the City of East Palo Alto as there is no city name or permit number.
If someone can please come and regulate this area as soon as possible.

It's impossible to see where the speed bumps are on Weeks street between Clark and Pulgas because the big trucks from the construction (apartments + water line work) destroy the paint on the road and then the construction operations cover the street in dust. Can you ask them to put some cones where the bumps are or else cean the dust and repaint the lines regularly so we can see where the bumps are?

Getting onto 101 when traveling on university ave (between Donohoe St and Woodland Ave) in the left lane getting on the on ramp there is a weird deformity in the lane mimicking a pothole immediately entering the onramp.
