Yes, thank you - I do very much appreciate that the water was restored and was wondering what had happened to cause the outage.
Is there somewhere I can check for status updates in the future? Also, is there a schedule of upcoming planned outages in my area that I can check? I know that there is a lot of street work going on right now and would like to be able to plan for expected upcoming outages if possible- thank you!

My company manages the apartment complex at 315 East O'keefe St, East Palo Alto, CA.We have noticed some fractures in the sidewalks outside the apartment complex and this represents a serious hazard. Good morning,
Our water was shut off this morning (Monday 1/18/2021) until about 10am, but we hadn't had any warning/notice of any water shutoff scheduled for today. I'm not sure when it started because it was already off when I first tried the tap this morning at 9-something am. Was it scheduled, or did something happen to the water system?

Hi it's after 2pm and we haven't had our street sweep. They came by yesterday to sweep the other side of the street. We are on Michigan and Fordham. Thank you
