Hi,
Woodland Ave between University Ave and Clarke Ave has many potholes, especially close to University Ave. It would be great if the city considered re-paving parts of that road.
I own a condo in Okeefe St and the roads on that side of University Ave are in much better condition. Now that I own a condo on this side of University, gaining parity of quality of city services would be very welcome.

There is water leaking from under ground at the empty lot at Tea Court. The water constantly oozing our from the ground and park of this empty lot is flood with water. Please have some one take a look at this. It might be a broken pipe for the fire hydrants. Thanks.
