Hi, Cooley Avenue runs parallel to University Avenue with no speed bumps and has vehicles speeding on it all day long. I have seen kids almost get run over by the speeding vehicles trying to beat the University Avenue traffic. Cooley Avenue would benefit greatly from the addition of one to two speed bumps. Adding speed bumps throughout the city would help make our streets safer. Why don't we add more speed bumps? What is the process to get one added on my street?
