The following are the Temporary Use Permits (TUP) Issued or Pending from January 1, 2024 to Current
Per the East Palo Alto Municipal Code, 15-day appeal period is the time given to the public to request that the decision be reconsidered by the next level authority, such as the Planning Commission. If a TUP is appealed, it will be scheduled for a Planning Commission meeting for their consideration. If you wish to appeal a Temporary Use Permit that states "Appeal Period" under the status column, please submit your request within the stated appeal period either by email to the Planning Department or by mail, c/o East Palo Alto Planning Department 1960 Tate Street, East Palo Alto, CA 94303.
